Digital Signage Expo (DSE) invites the submission of topics that offer insight and perspective on the various aspects of digital signage, interactive technology and digital out-of-home (DOOH) networks for the DSE 2011 educational conference, taking place February 23-24 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The event’s diverse audience of industry professionals consists primarily of end users, network operators, ad agencies, brand marketers, and systems integrators and installers. More than 40 distinct end-users types attended DSE 2010. In addition, the show attracted attendees from all 50 states and 59 foreign countries.
According to Richard Lebovitz, DSE editorial director, the DSE educational services staff will evaluate each proposal for its relevance, usefulness and timeliness.
“DSE strives to provide a unique forum for professionals to discuss and exchange ideas free from commercial content,” Lebovitz added. “Our attendees are primarily interested in is how to successfully deploy and manage a digital signage system within their particular venue or venues. We are therefore looking for thought-provoking topics that will help them achieve those goals.”
Speakers whose topics are selected will be required to submit final presentations and handouts on or before Jan. 7, 2011 DSE’s guidelines for professional handouts will be provided with each prospective faculty member’s notification.
“Because DSE seminar attendees have repeatedly requested the participation of end-users and network operators willing to share their real-world digital signage experiences, we are first and foremost soliciting proposals from peer presenters for the DSE 2011 conference program,” Lebovitz said, adding that DSE also offers a number of unique exhibitor-led speaking opportunities.
The deadline to submit proposals for consideration is June 11, 2010. To download a copy of the Speaker Proposal Form, click here.
